FOL Email Transition to Office 365

Fanshawe was moving student email from within the learning management system (FanshaweOnline) to Office 365 in the Spring of 2025. The teaming making the transition wanted a communications plan to target students with a reminder to save any emails they wished to keep, as they would otherwise be lost in the transition.

My colleague integrated messaging into email and web communications. while I focused on the social media campaign. I drafted a few scripts to be approved by the team leading the transition. Once approved I engaged with a few students leaders to help film, record and edit the videos.

The videos were then posted across Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, while the scripts were adapted into a post for Reddit.

One video failed to post due to a Hootsuite outage, however the other three where shared 158 times and saved 31 on Instagram.
